Sergio Nava
President
Sergio Nava has 32 years of experience in the environmental field. He started as an asbestos abatement laborer in 1990 and quickly rose up the ranks to serve as a key manager for some of the largest companies in the environmental industry of their time. Where he was responsible for the safe completion of numerous large-scale projects requiring intensive personnel coordination efforts. This includes catastrophic events, asbestos abatement, lead abatement, mold remediation, and demolition, including implosions.
Deciding he was ready for a new challenge, he founded Southeast Abatement Services in 2006. He serves as President conducting day-to-day owner, business development, and managerial tasks throughout our service region. Additionally, he coordinates all catastrophe response efforts. He remains excited about the growth and potential of his company just as he did the day he started it.

Sergio Arturo Nava
P.E.
Sergio Arturo Nava has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. His career started in an engineering firm after graduating college where he was responsible for civil and site design, permitting coordination efforts and construction quality control for South and Central Florida within the Tampa branch, and eventually Jacksonville headquarters.
Mr. Nava joined Southeast Abatement Services, Inc. in February 2012. His role with the company is all-encompassing and always evolving while keeping up with the evolution and growth of the company. He has performed work in the field, project supervision, project management, estimating and sales, assisted with administrative duties, catastrophe response, to name a few. An engineer at heart, he is always occupied with efficiency and helping make the connection between the field and the office as streamlined as possible.
Mr. Nava holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Construction from the University of Florida. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida. He enjoys cycling, watching all types of sports and cooking and eating all the food in his spare time.

Hector Ramirez
Senior Estimator
Hector Ramirez contributes 23 years of hands-on demolition and environmental experience to the company. In 2001 he started as a laborer in demolition and received valuable hands-on training and experience with some of the pioneers of the environmental and demolition industry in the state of Florida.
Hector moved quickly up the ranks and was eventually promoted to Supervisor/Foreman. He has been involved in numerous large-scale projects such as selective/structural demolition, asbestos abatement, lead abatement, and mold remediation while being responsible for a large workforce. In 2020 he was ready to take on a new challenge with Southeast Abatement Services. He was originally hired as an operations manager, but with his indispensable experience and knowledge in our industry, he quickly showed his value would be better utilized as an Estimator / Project Manager. Hector helps clients to understand our process and work on a plan for their environmental and demolition projects.

Eduardo N. Trejo
Project Coordinator
Eduardo Nava has a diverse professional background spanning over 25 years across various industries. For a decade, He specialized in demolition and asbestos removal, honing his skills in hazardous materials management and site preparation. During this time, Eduardo consistently prioritized safety and compliance with industry regulations.
Following his tenure in demolition, Eduardo transitioned into the hurricane response business for eight years, where he played a crucial role in disaster relief efforts. This experience allowed him to develop strong crisis management, logistics, coordination, and team leadership skills.
In addition to his demolition/environmental experience, before construction Eduardo worked in the food service industry and as a retail store manager. These roles provided him with valuable experience in management, teamwork, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and customer relations.
